Scope and Responsibilities?崗位職責:
1. Responsible for planning, developing and directing of quality assurance policies, programs and initiatives.
負責規劃、制定并指導質量保證方針、質量管理流程質量管理創新；
2. Develops, implements and revises quality standards, tools, and methods.
負責質量標準、檢驗工具和檢驗方法的、實施和修正；
3. Maintains product quality by enforcing quality policies
通過系統運行質量體系來維護產品質量；
4. Directs process and product testing (PV) to ensure materials, parts, and products comply with established quality
standards
通過管控生產過程和產品測試來保證原材料、零部件和產品滿足確定的質量標準；
5. Takes these results and helps improve existing methods of operations.
通過采集、現有質量數據來改善現有質量管控方法和流程；
6. Collaborates with other management members to develop new product, manufacturing and training methods
與其他部門管理人員協作新產品、新工藝流程和培訓方法；
7. Prepares product and process quality reports by collecting, yzing and summarizing information into trends
通過收集、并匯總趨勢信息來編制產品和工藝質量報告；
8. Provides input to strategic decisions that may affect the quality of operations or products.
提供與質量體系運行及產品質量控制相關的信息，為的戰略發展決策提供幫助；
9. Ensure Product is Conforming. Ensure non-conforming product is secured and disposed
確保產品合格，確保不良品能及時鎖定并處理；
10. PPAP Product
按PPAP流程批準產品；
11. Supplier Development
根據戰略，與其他部門一起新供應商；
12. Lead in Customer complaints
負責處理客戶的質量投訴和抱怨；
13. Develops PFMEA, works with product engineering to link PFMEA to DFMEA, updates PFMEA to reflect lessons
learned and process improvements
與項目團隊一起編制、維護PFEMA，與產品工程師協作將PFEMA和DFEMA進行有效聯接，并根據經驗教訓和工藝改進結果對
PFEMA進行更新。
Experience / Knowledge Required工作經歷/知識要求:
1. IATF-, ISO-, VDA6.3, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
精通IATF-, ISO-, VDA6.3, 六西格瑪, 精益生產等知識；
2. People Management
人員管理能力；
3. Project Management
項目管理能力；
4. Experience dealing with Customers and Suppliers
豐富的客戶及供應商管理的經驗和能力；
5. Data Analysis
數據能力；
6. Process Improvement
過程管理能力；
7. Promoting Process and Product Improvement ideas
推動工藝和產品改進能力；
8. Developing Standards
制定標準規范能力；
9. Capable of resolving escalated and complex issues arising from operations
豐富應對生產過程突發質量事件的經驗和能力；
10. Budgeting and P&L experience a plus
有預算和損益表工作經驗者優先考慮；
11. DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, DOE, APQP Process, Knowledge of the AIAG process, Understanding Process Audits,
PPAP Process, Corrective Actions and A3 development
精通DFEMA，PFEMA，控制計劃，DOE， APQP，PPAP，AIAG相關知識，工藝審核流程， 糾正措施以及A3。
Education Required教育要求:
1. Bachelor?degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing preferred)
全日制本科,工程學士學位（機械，電子，制造專業優先考慮）
2. Certified Quality Engineer
認證的質量工程師
3. 15 yrs experience in Automotive Industry preferably with global Tier 1 supplier,5 yrs Quality management
15年及以上汽車零部件行業的相關工作經歷，其中5年以上大型汽車零配件制造業同等崗位工作經驗
4. Strong communications, fluent in English and Mandarin (Spanish also prefer)
優秀的口頭及書面溝通能力，精通英語、普通話，會西班牙語者優先考慮。
背景：歐美獨資汽配，業務健康增長。
